We’ve got a busy few months ahead with plenty of activity involving AUDE (Association of University Directors of Estates).

First up, we’re attending the AUDE Annual Conference 2025, hosted at Cardiff University from 28 April - 1 May. This event is a fantastic opportunity to connect with leaders across the Higher Education sector, explore current trends and challenges, and discuss how we can continue to support one another.

Next, our Chief Commercial Officer, John Brownless, will attend the AUDE Regional Director meetings, with the next session taking place at Stirling University in May. John will speak ona key topic and offer insights and advice to Directors on the most pressing issues facing estates teams.

Looking ahead to the autumn, at the AUDE Showcase in September, our FM specialists will lead a workshop session which is a follow on from the key themes which emerged from our recent Cleaning Benchmark exercise that we conducted.

The Showcase is a platform for AUDE’s Special Interest Groups to share updates on their latest work and projects. It’s also a great chance for members to discover new developments inoperational products and services.

We’ve worked with the Higher Education sector for over 30 years and continue to find it both dynamic and rewarding. We’re looking forward to connecting over the coming months!
